I contacted Neil after a recommendation from a neighbour as Bertie would randomly lunge & bark at other dogs. I know myself it’s through fear & otherwise he is well socialised. Neil was so understanding & really explained everything to me & put a plan of instructions into action over the 4 weeks. I would highly recommend Neil.
